His Denver-area franchise, Worthman Consulting, provides independent contractors, business owners and professionals and sales teams with the tools and skills they need to succeed and thrive.
Before starting Worthman Consulting, Phil was a Senior Account Executive for Cigna Healthcare in Denver. In that position, he received numerous awards and recognition for double and triple digit revenue and profitability growth and worked with clients ranging from small enterprises to global Fortune 500 firms and government agencies.
Phil holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Regis University in Denver and is a certified Extended DISC trainer, helping clients achieve sustainable behavioral change for improved performance and a more fulfilling life.
