For more than two decades, Jason Kouri, MD, has made relieving people’s pain his life’s work. Dr. Kouri is medical director of Neuropathy and Pain Centers of Texas, providing chronic pain management and relief to residents in Fort Worth, Arlington, Keller and surrounding communities by helping their bodies heal naturally.
After a thorough diagnostic assessment, patients receive a customized treatment plan incorporating drug-free and non-invasive treatments including physical rehabilitation, laser therapy, dietary modification, regenerative therapy and chiropractic care.
While volunteering at a local hospital, Michelle discovered she could fulfill her dreams of working in medicine by becoming a physician assistant. After going back to school and becoming certified, she went to work for the Department of Colorectal Surgery at Cleveland Clinic Florida, where she managed all aspects of patient pre-and post-operative care.
The clinic treats such conditions as auto accidents, diabetes, back pain, disc herniation, knee pain, migraine, peripheral neuropathy, scoliosis and sports medicine.
After graduating medical school, Dr. Kouri enlisted in the US Navy, where he served as a General Medical Officer, caring for Marines and sailors on land and at sea while attached to a Marine expeditionary unit at Camp Pendleton, CA.
Upon his honorable discharge, Dr, Kouri joined a family practice in Temecula, CA, where he cared for diabetics from several American Indian reservations for five years.
He then joined U.S. HealthWorks as managing physician of its integrated care clinic in San Diego, where he treated work injuries, addressed urgent medical needs and conducted physical exams.
Dr. Kouri received his medical degree with honors from the University of California, San Diego – School of Medicine, and graduated with honor from the University of California – Irvine with a bachelor’s of science in biological sciences.
