Greg Delev is the Managing Partner of the Cincinnati law firm of Delev & Associates, an industry leader in commercial and consumer collections, civil litigation and creditor’s rights practicing throughout Ohio and Kentucky.
The firm is a trusted resource for insurers, banks and retailers with such clients as the Ohio Attorney General, universities, state and local government agencies, auto dealers, banks and credit card and other related financial lenders.
Before opening Delev & Associates in 2012, Greg was the managing partner of Delev & Williams, LLC in Cincinnati, which focused predominantly in the areas of civil and commercial litigation. His commercial and business practice provided legal services to financial institutions, insurance companies, businesses, government agencies and individuals.
During that time, Greg served as Special Counsel to the Ohio Attorney General for 14 years. As Special Counsel, his firm provided legal representation to a myriad of state agencies and departments, colleges and universities, retirement systems, boards and commissions, multinational corporations, publicly traded corporations, private equity funds, small and medium sized companies and individuals from all walks of life in civil actions relative to the collection of public monies due the State.
Greg is a member of the Cincinnati Chamber Commerce, the Ohio Chamber of Commerce, Debt Buyers Association International, the Ohio Bar Association; the American Collectors Association International; the Ohio Bursar Association, the National Creditors Bar Association and the Ohio Receivables Management Association.
A former infantry officer with the U.S. Army, Greg is a graduate of The Ohio State University and received his JD from the University of Toledo College of Law.
