After three decades handling elder law, estate planning, business continuation and asset protection issues; Bob Hendrix has seen it all. Specializing in working with small business owners, farmers and families, Bob serves clients in all 88 counties of Ohio with his main office in Columbus and satellite offices in Cleveland, Dayton and Cincinnati.

Bob’s practice includes preparing wills, trusts, living wills and financial and medical power of attorneys; handling probate issues; providing counsel on business and farm law, including business formation and continuation planning; assisting clients with asset protection; and guiding families with elder law issues, such as long-term care planning, senior rights and guardianship.

During the first ten years of his practice, Bob served as Vice-President of Advanced Sales for the Columbus Life Insurance Company, where provided legal and tax advice to company agents, training, and advising agents on numerous planning issues, case design, product development and implementation.

Bob is the founder and former Chairman of the Spielman Gridiron Classic and Ohio Sports Classics, LLC and is currently on the Board of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes of Central Ohio; and The Central Ohio Professional Education Council.

Bob received his Doctorate in Law and Masters in Tax Law Summa Cum Laude from Capital Law School, and is a national speaker on estate planning, charitable giving, family limited partnerships, tax and business planning. Bob is a member of the American, Ohio and Columbus Bar Associations and is a former president of the Columbus chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.
